Surface Conditioning Belts
Surface conditioning belts fabricated from non woven compressible nylon fibers impregnated with aluminum oxide. Used on a variety of belt sanders for blending, cleaning, deburring and finishing of metal surfaces. Also used for rust removal. Flexible for use on contour surfaces. Available in three grades: Coarse (brown), Medium (maroon) and Very Fine (blue). Belts are available in sizes up to 37".

Surface Conditioning Discs
Non woven, compressible nylon fibers impregnated with aluminum oxide grain with nylon hook and loop backing. Attaches to a hook and loop style back up pad on a high speed grinder. Used for stock removal, finishing, deburring and blending of metal and other materials. Grades available: Coarse (brown), Medium (maroon), and Very Fine (blue). Sizes up to 24", arbor hole discs and ultra fine material is also available.

Non Woven Hand Pads
6" x 9" flexible non woven hand pads, impregnated with abrasive grain. Use hand held, attached to rigid pad holder, or on high speed vibrating sanders. Pre-prep and final prep of metal, wood or plastic surfaces. Grades available: AO very fine is for general finishing (maroon), SC ultra fine is for between coat sanding (gray), general clean up pads (green), non abrasive finishing pads (white) and AO heavy duty pads (tan) are for aggressive clean up.

Buff-n-Blend Scuff Discs
These non woven discs are available in four different grit selections: Maroon (320 grit), Grey (800 grit), gold (1200 grit) and white (polishing). A high strength looped fabric is glued to the back of the buff and blend discs. This allows for a firm grip to the hook and loop back up pad that you have attached to an orbital or DA sander. Ideal for finishing, blending and polishing on metals and solid surface.

Surface Conditioning Quick Change Discs
Non-woven, compressible nylon fibers impregnated with aluminum oxide grain with Type 2 style turn-on attachment or Type 3 style roll-on attachment. Used for blending, cleaning, deburring and finishing of metal surfaces. Flexible for use on contour surfaces. Type 2 locking disc replaces Standard Socatt or Norton's Speed-Lok and has a female attachment. Type 3 replaces 3M Roloc and has a male attachment.
