An excellent "all purpose" AO abrasive disc that attaches to a locking style
back-up pad with a depressed center hole as its locking device. A "turn-on"
motion is used to attach the disc to the holder. Comparable to Speed-Lok by Norton and Socatt by Standard Abrasives.
